Memoir
With heavy hearts, we’ve made the decision to bring Memoir in for humane euthanasia today. She’s no longer able to swallow even water, and while we had hoped to wait for our regular vet on Monday, it simply wouldn’t be fair to make her wait and suffer. 💔
Hero Update
Hero is growing like a weed! 🌱 But I do have some concerns about his teeth. I’ve been trimming them once a week—which is thankfully pretty easy—but the color of his top teeth often looks like a sign of scurvy.
Adoption Alert - Snow White
We are very excited to announce that Snow White has found a wonderful forever home! Congrats pretty girl! You will be so spoiled!
Wheelbarrow
For those of you who remember Little Miss Wheelbarrow—the hamster who was supposed to be “normal,” but came in with a very clearly not-normal leg 😅—we have an exciting update!
Team Wonkiest Boys
Hero is back to his popcorning self, and Parody is thriving—he no longer needs to be hand-fed. He’s eating, drinking, and his output is great. The only odd thing is that his stomach makes the wildest noises, which we suspect may be related to the mass in his abdomen.
Harold
We haven’t posted about him in a while, but it’s time for an update on everyone’s favorite grumpy (and now confused) old man—Harold.
